BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
Scammers may use spoofed phone numbers that appear to be from Rio Bank and claim there is fraud on your account to obtain your personal or financial information. Fraudsters are also using call forwarding techniques to secretly redirect your incoming calls, giving them access to verification codes and your accounts. Rio Bank will never ask for your passwords, PIN, or account details over the phone.
